

Cancellation Policy – Image Rights
When making a reservation, the customer declares that they are aware of and in agreement with the Reservation, Cancellation and No-Show Policies, the right to use the image and share data, as described below.
Reservation, cancellation and no-show policies.
Once payment has been confirmed, the reservation will be confirmed. Should a cancellation need to be made, the customer must notify us in writing (via email contato@gocup.com.br ). Cancellations by telephone will not be accepted. Cancellations will be subject to charges as per the conditions below.
Cancellation policy for reservations with advance payment.
The cancellation policy is as follows:
In case of early departure from the contracted daily rates, there will be no refund of the amount paid in advance.
Cancellation notice given 45 days or more before check-in will result in a 100% refund of the amount paid. The refund period is up to 30 business days after receipt of the request by email.
Cancellation notice less than 45 days before arrival at the Hotel (check-in), there is no refund or credit.
**No show is a withdrawal without cancellation, that is, when the guest does not appear at the hotel on the booked check-in date.
Guest exchange policy.
If there is a need to change guests, the customer must notify us in writing via email contato@gocup.com.br , cancellations by telephone will not be accepted.
The guest exchange policy is as follows:
Guest change notice 30 days or more before check-in will not be charged an extra fee.
Guest change notice less than 30 days before check-in at the Hotel, there will be an extra fee of R$100.00 to reprint the event access card.
Unsubscribe Policy plus Accreditation
Cancellation notice given 45 days or more before the event will result in a refund of 100% of the amount paid. Refund period of up to 30 business days after receipt of the request by email. Cancellation notice given less than 45 days before the event will result in no refund or credit.
CANCELLATION POLICY DURING PANDEMIC
In the event of a pandemic or a force majeure situation, the refund will be 80% of the total amount paid.
